Leapers Crafting Retreat
Spend your extra day of the year 2020 crafting with us at the Leapers Crafting Retreat. Mark your calendars now to attend this special event being held at the Radisson in Fond du Lac, WI.
We are excited to share a retreat that will be filled with crafting, games, prizes, raffles, goody bags, spinning wheels, bingo, food, and of course FUN!
Dates: February 28th, 29th, and March 1st, 2020
Times: Friday, February 28th 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm – meet ‘n greet
Saturday, February 29th 8:00 am – 12 am – make ‘n takes, bingo, optional add-on classes (lunch
included)
Sunday, March 1st 12:00 am – 1:00 pm – make ‘n takes, bingo, optional add-on classes

Cost: $85
Registration deadline: February 17th or until we reach capacity
Meals: Lunch will be provided on Saturday along with a late evening snack
Registration includes use of a 6’ table from 8 am Saturday morning until 1 pm on Sunday afternoon, lunch Saturday, snack Saturday night, a goody bag, and 4 make ‘n takes.
Enjoy a day and a half of working on anything and everything you want to, but in addition, there will also be:
• Make & takes at specific times
• Games & Give-Aways
• Door Prizes
• Raffle Drawings (bring some cash to get in on having the chance to win some awesome prizes from the Stampin’ Up! Mini and Annual Catalogs)
Please Bring: Your own things to work on. Don’t forget your tool box filled with all your tools and adhesives as well as a camera to take pictures of display boards. There will be a basket ‘o adhesives set up as cash and carry in case you run out of anything. Please, please, please mark your tools with your initials so that if they are left at a table, we can get them back to you.
Room Reservations: We have a block of rooms reserved at the hotel for a reduced rate of $119 plus taxes for 2 queen beds for both Friday and Saturday nights. Please contact the hotel directly to book your rooms and tell them it is with the Leapers Crafting Retreat group to get the discounted rate. Rooms are limited for both nights, but more could be added if we know earlier rather than later that more need to be added….so do not procrastinate. Just know that as time passes the rate will go up. You can book your room immediately if you think you want to attend, and it will be held with your credit card and not charged until you check out.
Prepayment is required for the Leapers Crafting Retreat
