2nd Annual Leapers Crafting Retreat
Mark your calendars now to attend this special event being held at the Cards by Christine Studio, aka the Hive, in Fond du Lac, WI.
I am excited to share a retreat that will be filled with crafting, games, prizes, raffles, goody bags, bingo, food, and of course FUN!
Dates: March 12th, March 13th, or March 12th and 13th
Times:
-Friday, March 11th 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm – meet ‘n greet, set up
-Saturday, March 12th 9:00 am – 9 pm – make ‘n takes, bingo, optional add on classes (lunch
included)
-Sunday, March 13th 9 am – 7:00 pm – make ‘n takes, bingo
Location: Cards by Christine Studio, aka the Hive, 575 E 11th St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935
Cost: $130 for both days, $100 for 1 day
Registration deadline: February 28th or until capacity is reached
Meals: Lunch and supper will be provided on Saturday and Sunday
Registration includes use of a 4.5’ of one of the tables plus counter space, lunch(es) for the days signed up, supper(s) for the days signed up, a goody bag, 2 make ‘n takes each day, prize patrol, and attendance gifts.
Enjoy a day or two days working on anything and everything you want to, but in addition, there will also be:
• Two Make & Takes each day
• Games & Give-Aways
• Attendance Gifts
• Numbered Squares Prize Board
• Optional Add on classes by the amazing Karissa Albertz (more details to follow)
• Raffle Drawings (bring some cash to get in on having the chance to win some awesome prizes from the Stampin’ Up! Spring and Annual Catalogs)
Please Bring: Your own things to work on. Don’t forget your tool box filled with all your tools and adhesives as well as a camera to take pictures of swap cards on display. There will be a basket ‘o adhesives set up as cash and carry in case you run out of anything. Please, please, please mark your tools with your initials so that if they are left at a table, we can get them back to you.
Room Reservations: I do not have a block of rooms reserved at any one location, but there are many hotels in Fond du Lac that you could reserve a room with if you aren’t local and want to attend in person. Reach out if you need some suggestions or search hotels in Fond du Lac in Google Maps.
Prepayment is required for the Leapers Crafting Retreat
There are six options to make payment:
1. PayPal using “Friends and Family” (so a fee isn’t charged) to chrismbertram@msn.com
2. Venmo using www.venmo.com/CardsbyChristine (do not select payment protection so a fee isn’t charged)
3. Zelle to 920-960-4390 (so a fee isn’t charged)
4. Pay online at www.cardsbychrisb.com - search for the event, and pay via credit card (a $6/$5 convenience fee will be added making the payment $136 or $105)
5. Cash is king and is always a good form of payment 😊
6. Checks work as well. 😊
