This card reminds me of taking a hike through the woods. I love how the Mint Macaron makes it a lighter card and more springlike.

Cutting & Scoring:

• Early Espresso – 5 ½“ x 8 ½“, scored at 4 ¼“
• Whisper White (inside matte) – 5 ¼” x 4”
• Mint Macaron – 5 ¼” x 4”
• Gray Granite – 5 1/16” x 3 13/16”
• DSP – 3 13/16” x 1 ½”
• Whisper White (for oval) – 3” x 4”
• Whisper White – 2” x 3”
• Whisper White – scrap for label
• Braided Linen Trim – 2 x 5”

Instructions:

• Fold card base in half and burnish with the bone folder
• Using the Big Shot, die cut the oval from the piece of Whisper White
• Put Mint Macaron ink on the top half of the tree and Early Espresso on the bottom half and stamp one tree at full strength on the 2” x 3” piece of Whisper White and stamp it at second strength on the left side of the oval.
• Repeat the inking process and stamp another tree at full strength on the right side of the oval
• Repeat the inking process and stamp a tree at full strength and then at second strength on the bottom right corner
• With Early Espresso ink, stamp the mountains at second strength at the base of trees on the oval and again at second strength at the base of your trees on the inside Whisper White matte
• Using the Big Shot, die cut the tree using the framelits from the bundle
• Using the Big Shot, emboss the Gray Granite layer with the Pinewood Planks embossing folder
• Using liquid glue, adhere the layer of DSP to the Gray Granite matte
• Adhere this layer to the Mint Macaron layer using liquid glue
• Using Tear & Tape, attach the two pieces of linen trim to the back side of these layers
• Place mini dimensionals behind the die cut tree in numerous spots
• Adhere this layer to the oval
• Place mini dimensionals behind the die oval in numerous spots except where the trim is and adhere to the left side of the card
• Using Early Espresso ink, stamp a sentiment on the Whisper White scrap and punch out with the Clas-sic Label Punch
• Adhere the bottom right corner using liquid glue
• Stamp a sentiment on the inside Whisper White matte using Early Espresso ink
• Attach the inside Whisper White matte to the inside of the card using liquid glue
